Terms of Service

Thank you for using Korean Food Recipes(“Service”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service analyzes the subtitles of YouTube videos submitted by users and generates recipes using AI (Google Gemini).

Recipes generated by AI may differ from the content of the original video, actual cooking results, or the intent of the original creator. All generated recipes are provided for reference purposes only. Users assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from their use of these recipes.

2. Scope and Limitations

The Service generates recipes only from cooking and recipe-focused videos. Recipes will not be generated for non-cooking content such as mukbang, food reviews, vlogs, or similar videos.

The Service does not provide any functionality to download or extract audio or video from YouTube, and operates in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users may only use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Collecting or generating recipes in bulk through automated means (bots, scripts, or similar tools)
  • Commercially redistributing content generated through the Service without authorization
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or placing excessive load on its servers
  • Using the Service in any manner that violates the YouTube Terms of Service or applicable law

If prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party services. Their respective terms and policies apply alongside these Terms.

We are not responsible for issues arising from outages, policy changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service's design, logo, software, and content structure belong to the Service operator. Recipes generated through the Service may be subject to the copyright of the original YouTube content creator. We make no claim of ownership over such generated content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated due to changes in applicable law or Service policy. Material changes will be announced through in-Service notices. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Service operator's place of business.
